| The two photos you see here, were taken the day after the San Francisco concert. As mentioned we were backstage before the concert. There they started the shooting of this commercial. Something with Mark standing in a bar, in comes Mason and Gilmour, asking if he would like to have an airplane. | ||

Here Mason and Gilmour have "just landed" the plane and are about to hand it over to Mark. Of course both Mason and Gilmour have flying certificates, but they merely wheeled in the plane. I believe it is Mason who has his door opened and is talking to Mark. | |

This is at
the end of this commercial, where Mark is giving a speech
a professional actor worthy. I was really impressed,
cause of course they didn't get it right in the first
take, so Mark had to ramble off his quite extensive line
at least four or five times. And he did. Peculiarly
enough Mason got it right in quite fewer takes - Fame ! A few weeks after this trip (I think), Mark got his plane. Mark already had taken a few flying lessons so that seemed just great. It's just that in the USA when you win a price, you have to pay taxes yourself (unlike in Denmark) So shortly after this, he had to sell the plane. |
